We will also rent the venue for any special events or occasions.
 
Below is a Typical Wedding Proposal: 
*Rental of Entire Waterfront Venue and Hambleton Inn Bed & Breakfast Historic Home for Wedding Ceremony and Private Reception for up to 25 Guests - $4000 
*Blocking seven guest suites for two evenings for the wedding party and guests only. This includes gourmet breakfasts for fourteen on two mornings. 
*Costs of suites for wedding party and guests are not included. The rooms will be blocked for the wedding party and guests only. Please see the website for current rates at the time of the wedding.  www.hambletoninnbb.com  
*The house includes the dining room, the first-floor porch, the second-floor balcony and the powder room. The kitchen is off-limits except to the caterer, attendants, wait staff, bartender and the innkeeper. 
*Includes the entire private grounds including the dock, the deck, and the cobblestone parking area along with all the grounds in the fenced area.  
*There is a parking lot off Mill Street for our use which is a short walk to the Hambleton Inn that holds 60 vehicles. 
*Innkeeper onsite at all times and has the authority to make decisions for owners. 
*Extra cleaning and innkeeper fee of $25/per guest greater than 14 guests. 
*$2000 deposit with fifty percent refundable due to unforeseen circumstances as covid precautions regulations or closures, no penalty for rescheduling event to a later date. 
*All other wedding details are a-la-cart and owner and innkeeper will assist in the coordination of vendors at a rate of $75/hour.  We will give a list of our recommendations from local vendors. 
*Hambleton Inn B&B, LLC must be added to all vendors' insurance policies in case of accidents and liability. 
*Wine and beer may be served but not sold on the premises, however, there must be a certified TIPS expert to check IDs for legal alcohol consumption. 
*We are in a residential quiet neighborhood and loud noises and music must conclude prior to 10 pm. 
*Hambleton Inn B&B, LLC reserves the right to use any photos from this event.
