Starter *Amuse-bouche of toast points spread with butter and whipped cream cheese,
topped with a soft-boiled egg, and a spoonful of caviar on top. *Greek yogurt fruit parfait with honey apples, honey and granola. Main Course
*Executive Chef Patrick's Crab Benedict which is delicious homemade buttermilk biscuit topped with arugula, fresh lump backfin local crab meat, perfectly poached egg and finished off with a generous portion of homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with sides of fruit and bacon of course. *Executive Chef's creation of toasted pecan bourbon glazed french toast served with sides of blood oranges and link sausages Food Allergies and Dietary Preferences *Our executive chef will make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and will follow food allergy requirements as *strictly as he can.
