This WATERFRONT Bed & Breakfast is located in the CENTER of the quaint, historic town center of St. Michaels, Maryland, across from Honeymoon Bridge, Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, Patriot, and Hooper Straight Lighthouse.  We are conveniently located close to Baltimore, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvannia, and Washington DC. The New Hambleton Inn Bed & Breakfast is completely renovated and restored with brand new suites and completely newly constructed modern marble tile bathrooms including new whirlpool tubs and showers, soft towels, plush blankets, premium linens, luxurious victorian comforters and custom matching draperies, new blinds, pillows, toiletries, mini-refrigerators and other premium amenities one would expect for a luxury stay.
Upon arrival, you may park your vehicle in our private gated new cobblestone parking lot for your entire stay.  You then can enjoy the peaceful waterfront views from our new second-floor balcony, our new sitting area or our waterside deck with a new seating area and firepit.  Sleep in quiet peaceful surroundings and wake to a beautiful view of St. Michaels Harbour from your luxury, waterfront guest suite.  You will be treated each morning to a unique gourmet breakfast for two.  After breakfast, enjoy a walk to great local shops, museums, art galleries, parks, incredible restaurants and bars, and beautiful historic buildings as the whole town is a national historic site.

Major renovations; and we mean major have occurred from replacing the main sewer line to ripping out walls and ceilings to installing old-world cobblestone pavers on our parking lot.  This is like an archeological dig site providing us with how people lived, what they used, and dates of everything.  We have found numerous artifacts outside in the dirt that date from the mid-1800s....
